Grandma Brunson's Halloween Party

My mom LOVES Halloween. Every year we have a Halloween party at my parents house in Vernal. My siblings all come with their families and My mom's sister (Aunt Kristy) and her family comes. This year My mom's other sister (Aunt Julie) also came. So we had a pretty good crowd. All the bees in the picture are my aunt Kristy's family. She made all of their costumes. Can you imagine the time!
Here is Jacob the caveman. Pretty convincing don't you think?
This is my Colton-stine. The picture is a bit blurry but he was so dang cute. I'll have to post a better picture after Halloween.

My pretty Kitty Clara, she just always turns out beautiful. She loves kitties so she had fun being one.
Levi, my baby dumbo. All three of my boys have worn this costume. It just brings back so many memories for me. I love the little belly.
For the party we decorate my dad's shop. My mom has loads of decorations. Then we have a dinner with all kinds a ghoulish dishes.
My mom enjoying the party. She wasn't feeling to good this year so she didn't get as involved as I know she would have liked to. She really loves watching her grand kids have a good time.
We play all kinds of fun games. My aunt Kristy reads Halloween stories. The kids take turns telling jokes, doing magic tricks, singing or anything else they want to show off. We also have a pinata. The first year we had the Halloween party me and my kids made a pinata. It has kind of become our thing every year. This year we made a big spider nest.
Clara got a big kick out of hitting it.It was such a fun time. The kids got to spend the whole weekend hanging out with their cousins.
The day after the party they all carved jack-o-lanterns together. I'm sure Grandma's Halloween parties are going to be one of their favorite childhood memories.

Your Kids looked great as usual. You always have the best costumes. And your pinata Rocked! Thanks for getting there, doing all the decorating and helping mom out. You're the best!
