Clara's Pumpkin Patch Field Trip
Clara's preschool class took a field trip to the pumpkin patch last Monday. I volunteered to drive so Levi and I got to go along. It was so fun to see her with all her little preschool friends. The pumpkin patch was really cute. They had a petting farm which Clara and Levi both loved. All my kids are big animal lovers. They had all kinds of animals including a pig that was over 1000 lbs. I kid you not! It was huge. We also took a little hay ride. They had a huge slide that went down a big hay stack but Clara wanted nothing to do with that. We then got to wander though the pumpkin/giant sunflower patch and pick a pumpkin. This wasn't as easy as it sounds. Because they hadn't had a frost yet, we had to dig under the vines and look for them. With the tall sunflowers I'm sure it felt like a jungle to such little kids. Clara found her a cute little GREEN pumpkin. It was such a fun time.

Cute pictures. My boys wanted a dirt bike to but I was concerned about their safety so for christmas last year we bought them a go kart we figured it had four wheels so it was safer. well they had it in reverse and thought it was in drive and hunter pushed on the gas and the went over the stair well backwards. I was in the kitchen and herd something hit the house and my heart droped because I knew what happened I ran outside and they were both hanging upside down lucky they had their seatbelts on. Needless to say we now have railing around the stairs we didn't before because we were waiting for them to be made. they didn't go down the stairs they went over the side. Which was worse about an 8ft drop. no one got hurt just scared. so maybe a dirt bike would have been safer. Do you know if Denise or patti have a blog? Do you know Denise's email?
Love Claira's littlegreen pumpkin. My kids love Hee Haws and searching for just the right pumpkin. We are going to take them there again next week. Fun Place!
I found your blog off melissas. Cute! We were thinking of making a brunson family blog with everyone in the families links on it, and news that is going on in the family, and then telling everybody about it at the christmas bonco. I thiks its a fun way to keep in touch with everyone.
How fun. I am missing the Pumpkin Patch feeling this season. I can't believe how big Clara is getting she is as old as the Jakes were when they were best buddies. Carve a pumpkin up for me!
