Spring Break Fun

It is day three of the kids spring break and we woke up to about 4 inches of snow. Come on Mother Nature It's the middle of April! Enough already!

Luckily we are friends with a group of moms and kids who like to get together and do fun things. Our friend Melissa, planned an activity for each day of spring break. Monday was the park, Tuesday swimming, Wednesday a movie, and today was the Living Planet Aquarium, tomorrow was suppose to be the zoo but plans may change depending on the weather. We made it to the swimming activity and the Aquarium. The kids had a blast at the aquarium today. They have a bunch of really cool stuff like octopuses, jelly fishes, sea horses, sharks, frogs, snakes, and sting rays that you can touch.

I thought this picture was so cool. That is actually Clara's reflection in the glass. And look at how cool the jelly fish were.
The jelly fish were my favorite. Very mesmerizing. They change color too. I could watch them all day. So could Clara.

Touching the sting rays was the big attraction. They are very spongy. Check out Colton's sleeve. He was soaked by the time we left.

Jacob loved touching the sting rays. He hung out by the tank for a long time.

Levi loves fish and there were plenty for him to look at. He was super cute.

They had very cool murals. Doesn't Colton look like he is under the sea?

The had a little play area at the end where the kids could crawl through little caves with fish tanks all around and play on some sea-like things. Here is Clara giving a snail a kiss with her cute friend Kayleigh.
We had such a fun time. We are so grateful for good friends who helped make this cold spring break so fun.

Brigitte, great hearing from you. What a cute family you have. We're in Boise, how about you? I haven't worked since we moved here. Are you doing anything? It looks like you are such a fun mom. I will look for you on facebook too.
