Our Easter

We had a great Easter. Friday I got to go to Jacobs class and help with their class party. Then I checked the boys out early and we headed out to Vernal to spend the holiday with Grandma and Grandpa and cousins. We did all the traditional Easter things. I didn't get pictures of it all though because my camera battery died. So here is some of the pictures I did get.

I did a bean bag toss for Jacobs party. The kids had a lot of fun. I was surprised.

I didn't get pictures of Jacob and Colton with their baskets. They got up very early and went turkey hunting with Grandma and Grandpa. It was Grandma who had a tag. Jacob loves hunting and went out a few times with them . He was so upset to leave without seeing Grandma get her turkey.

We made some fun treats like these little birds nests. We also made our usual jello eggs which my kids insist on every year. Clara loves to help out.

And then my battery died.

We also had a Easter egg hunt and the kids loaded up on candy.
The kids had the most fun going exploring with Grandma. My parents have some property that is wooded and has a creek. They love to go hiking around with Grandma and see all kinds of animals. They keep her very busy.
